We at Hoosier Feeder Company love the opportunities that trade shows provide, and this year was yet another fruitful adventure.
First, we made our way to PMMI’s Pack Expo at the expansive McCormick Place, the treasure trove for all things packaging related. Hoosier came prepared with our standard and modular centrifugal feeder and debuted our brand-new food-grade centrifugal feeder!
For the pack expo, we optimized our food-grade wash down centrifugal feeder for frozen meat patties, although we brought plastic patty replicas en lieu of frozen beef. The very next week, Hoosier displayed at The Assembly Show in the Rosemont Convention Center. There, we were able to explore the latest technology in the automated assembly industries and premiere yet another new HFC product: Hoosier’s Nut Placement System. Our brand new nut placement system was definitely the star of our show as it provides a reliable way to place a nut into a weld cell using a 2-part placement cylinder and magnetic spear-tip.
